My last slack weekend

Finally went to try Ristorante Da Valentino at Jalan Bingka, off Rifle Range Road. Have heard a lot of good reviews about that place! Anyway, it's somewhere in Bukit Timah. Really near nj. Hehs. The place looks like a little Italian cottage of some sort. Anyway the place is so ulu that you it's quite hard to believe that there's a restaurant there.

The food was great! I loved my squid ink linguine! Yums. First time I'm trying it! Dearie had this potato like thingy. Looks quite cute, as you can see. The chef came with this automatic parmesan cheese grinder. Was quite amusing. Haha. The food was abit pricey I guess? Saving up for Europe, so we had to settle for just 2 pastas. And that cost $45? Yups. Will go back to try the rest of their food when I feel richer! Hiakshiaks.

By the way, I think shopping has lost its hold on me. Went shopping in town after lunch and I was really quite bored. Well.. maybe it's because I am feeling rather broke. And also, there's like nothing much that interests me. Faints. What happened to me?!?!? Oh, but we managed to catch this kids fashion show at Paragon. The kids were so cute can! All the angmoh kids. So adorable!! Think it's a good way for young kids to build up their courage to "perform" in front of such a huge audience! Oh, but then kids can be angels and devils. My cousin switched off my computer twice today!!! What a brat. If it wasn't my uncle's birthday today, I would have slapped him left right or something.

Oh yesh, for those who are affected, thomson's prata is reopening on the 5th of April! *yays*
