Sun with Moon Dining!
Have always wanted to visit this place!! Finally got the chance to do so yesterday with dearie! Hees. Check out the decor... Super cool! A very modern jap feel. However the photos that I took without flash were really blur. So you can't really see the warm and pretty lighting..
Our booth seats! So romantic right! Heh you've got to call up for a reservation if you want one i guess. There are only like 6 available. And the food was like really good I think. I kept wooing and ahing, announcing what I'm going to eat next. Haha. Ryan was super amused. Lols. I love the way the food was being served, cutlery and all. Esp the cheesecake in the cage! Hiaks. Now for the food!
Dearie's sukiyaki! The soup was superb, I must say! It was soooooooo sweet! Really really sweet. And I guess it wasn't MSG becos I din feel thirsty after the meal. Phew. Hee. And the beef slices were really tender. I love it!
And here's my clam and unagi kamameshi!! Look! I have to wait for a minute before I could start eating! Hahas. I found that so amusing.
Tada!! The rice was a mix of unagi, fresh clams, chestnuts and sweet pea. Yums! For a person who doesn't really like clams, I can say that it tasted really good. It doesnt have the usual horrible taste of clams. Haha.
Chicken wings in Asakusa style. Very crispy, fried in the typical jap flour batter. Dearie's favourite!
Dessert time! Sweet box comprising of 4 desserts! I think the components of the sweet box changes from day to day. I love mochi!
My tofu cheesecake!! It was sooooooooooooo good! The cheese was not too heavy, and not sour. I love the biscuit below the cheesecake as well. Super yummy. Haha and I keep playing with the cage thingy. Lols. Heh to sum it up, what a satisying meal it was! We're definitely going back there again. :)
