The festives
Here's a terribly outdated post on christmas and the new year...... in bits and pieces.
Christmas party at hw's place. We all look so happy with our presents ya! Had loads of fun that night.
Heh us posing with the silly handsign from the game that we had so much fun playing. Is it obvious that we're all trying to wear red and green? Heehee.
Celebrated daddy's birthday at Minoru. Thanks to pw and ivan for the recommendation! Was damn full after the meal. We over-ordered as usual!
Christmas lunch with the girls, this time including paul and leonard. The food at ichiban boshi was great! I had Jap food like 3 days in a row. Faints. Gotta try the cheesy curry chicken there, it's quite good! Christmas dinner was at Auntie Ivy's house this year. Good food, singing and wine :)
Btw, christmas trees are getting prettier. This one's at Bugis and it's worth a freaking $1.5m!
At Mandai Orchid Garden on NYE... food was pretty and tasted great too! Think the restaurant's called Vanilia Pod.. Only 3 tables were occupied on a NYE night. But considering how ulu the place is, it's no wonder lah. Love the place :)
At the Esplandade... the balls in the water looked so amusing. Hehee. Too bad we din managed to catch the fireworks. View was blocked by everything else. We could hear them though. Haha.
Met up with pw and mich for lunch on NYD. Yays there's Canele in town now! Hidden away in the Esprit Cafe @ Centrepoint. Craving for the meringue thingy now... Mmm.... Shucks I just realised my post is all about food. I'm disgusted with myself. Urghs.
